Kitchen is fully furnished with coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, toaster and mixer dishes for 16 ppl. Come and fish or explore St. Augustine the oldest city in the US or discover the clear waters of Blue Spring State Park. Daytona is 45 min away Orlando is 1.5 hr Come and fish the world famous bass fishing waters of the St Johns River and Dunn’s Creek. Stroll along the historical streets of St. Augustine and eat dinner outside on the patio at the famous Harry’s Restaurant. Visit Blue Springs State Park and snorkel and cave dive the clear waters. There is a key pad door lock. Two days before arrival the guest will receive a welcome letter along with the new door code. I live in a couple streets away and will be around when needed. This is a quite neighborhood where you can sit back on the porch and enjoy the evening and wave at the neighbors. Everyone is very friendly. Park in line with the carport. Do not park behind the house in the yard. It is ok to park in the front yard.
