Welcome to the "Lazy Bear Cabin" across from the beautiful Penobscot River! This 3 bedroom 1 bath home boasts vaulted ceilings with knotty pine on every wall and ceiling. Each bedroom is quite spacious and has closets with lights and ceiling fans. The "master" has a Roku TV. The living room has 2 leather couches, Roku TV. The camp has Spectrum high speed internet with Netflix already set up on the TVs. The kitchen is quite large and will accommodate a large gathering. Washer & Dryer. Beautiful spot with lots of parking. This home is handicap accessible-grab bar at toilet, level entry, wide doorways, hand held shower head. Great location to snowmobile, hike Katahdin in Baxter State Park, access Katahdin Woods & Waters, rafting, hunting and fishing! The entire house is being rented. 1500 sf with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath (tub, shower, toilet), kitchen and utility room. We are easily contacted via cell phone, text or email. The "Lazy Bear Cabin" is located at the Gateway to the Katahdin region. Directly across from the Penobscot River. 2 kayaks are available. They can be put into the river across the street. You can get directly on the ITS snowmobile trail 3.3 miles down the road from the Big Apple. There is also a closer spot at the Irving Gas Station only 1.8 miles down the road (not as many trail choices there). We like to trailer to the local club which is only 6 miles down the road.
