You may even spot a dolphin or two. 1800 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, newly furnished and nicely decorated. A large kitchen and dinning area. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to enjoy home cooked meals. Large refrigerator, working oven and stove. Lots of plates and fun glasses, as well as everything else for your dinning needs. The living room has a comfortable coach with a large TV. You also have a working landline phone if you need to make any outside calls, and fast WIFI. A large 2 car garage connected to the home. Spacious balcony with a BBQ. And roof top sun deck, with a great view. This is a private and gated community. You must stop by the gate and speak with the security guard in order to be allowed entry. The security runs on a 24 hour shift. Within the community you have 3 restaurants, a Yoga studio, a Spa, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court and a small park for kids to play. Entry to home is done via Lockbox. There is always someone on duty at the security gate. I am available to answer any questions you may have via messenger. There is also a person that oversees the home when I am not around. San Antonio Del Mar is located just a 15 min drive from the boarder. Its just a 5 minute drive to Rosarito and a 20 minute drive to Puerto Nuevo, where you can enjoy shopping and lobster.
