Piper Pond Vacation Home At Water's Edge

This property is a great location for people interested in vacationing and enjoying all that Maine has to offer. If you enjoy snowmobiling or ATVing, you do not need to trailer anything as the major trails are right near by. There are lots of hiking trails to explore too! Of course, if staying at the lake and enjoying swimming, fishing or kayaking is your way to vacation then this is the perfect place for you! We are approximately 30 minutes from Greenville and Maine's largest lake, Moosehead. The downstairs is the ultimate playroom if the weather is not cooperating. There is a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table, and shuffle board table. The hot tub is downstairs with a big tv where you can relax. There is also a place for the kids to "crash" with a futon, another queen bed & twin bed. This space will keep everyone entertained no matter what the interests are! Guests have access to the entire property. We have a double lot right on the water. There is plenty of privacy and a large yard to play in. We have a dock for summer swimming and kayaks that guests can use in the summer months. If needed to be reached you can text me or message me through Air BnB. If you enjoy hiking and exploring, there are trails only 10minutes away that will take your breath away. Borestone Mt., Barron Mt., & Little Wilson Falls are just to name a few. Also, Greenville is only 30 minutes away if you want to explore Maine's largest lake and hike the mountains around there. Guilford is just 10 minutes away with a grocery store and other amenities for your stay. IF you have your own boat, the public boat launch is only a half mile away and we have a dock for you to hook up to. We also have kayaks available upon request. We do share a driveway with our neighbors but we have put up signs to help guide guests on where to park.
