1-bed apt, on water, close to beach

The condo is located in the sought after Lucaya area of Freeport, just a short walk from beautiful Coral Beach and only one mile from Port Lucaya Marketplace with its lively atmosphere, colourful shops and restaurants to suit every taste and pocket. The unit consists of an entrance hall, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ample storage, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The rooms are light and airy with ceiling fans and central air-conditioning and the kitchen is well equipped with excellent appliances, including its own washer and dryer. The living room has sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the water! The apartment itself is newly refurbished, well equipped and a perfect home from home. Public buses are are available right outside the complex and a well-stocked supermarket can be reached by a two-mile bus ride. I make a special point of meeting my guests on their arrival at the complex and showing them around the apartment. I answer their questions and make sure they have all my contact details, after which I leave them to get on with the serious business of having fun, knowing that I am only a phone call away if they have any problems or queries. Villa Martinique is in a wonderful location close to the beach and a pleasant walk from the shops and restaurants of Port Lucaya. It is also walking distance from an excellent golf course. Buses, available right outside the complex, can take you to the downtown area, Port Lucaya, The International Bazaar and various other locations around Freeport. Bicycles and mopeds are readily available for rent as well as rental cars from a variety of local and international companies. The minimum rental is 3 nights.
