Abloom Farm 4 Bedroom Retreat - East Wing

Abloom Farm has everything you can think of when you want to relax & enjoy time with family and friends. With 17 secluded acres of towering pines & newly decorated contemporary decor, you'll love this quiet retreat set just 6 miles from the beach and 25 minutes from Milwaukee. Inside you'll find a 4 bedroom home. Outside features a huge private yard, w/fire pit & spa lounge chairs. There are nature trails abound and yet we are just minutes away from Cedarburg, Port Washington & Milwaukee. Our farm has a unique “group stay” pricing structure as well. Because we are set up to accommodate larger groups and families who want to stay together, the only fair way to charge for group stay accommodations is to charge per person. The per person rates do not kick in until after the 3rd person, so, the extra guest fee starts at $39/person per night after the 3rd guest. The original dairy farm was built in 1864 and owned by the Borges family who converted it to a tree farm in the mid 1950's. John and Elizabeth Feith bought the property in 1983 and named it "Tranquility." The Feith's also commissioned noted Milwaukee architect Jack Kloppenburg to do an extensive remodel and expansion of the home including what is now the private addition of the west wing suite and studio where Katy and Dale now reside. The newly renovated 4 bedroom east wing is approximately 3600 sq ft and has a brand new kitchen, all new furniture including and sofa sleeper for extra guests, new 4k smart tv's, new beds and linens, 3 newly renovated bathrooms, a heated sunroom/bedroom overlooking the tall pine forest and 2 wood burning fireplaces. Artists/owners Katy & Dale reside in the private west wing studio that is divided off by a locked door and hallway. We can accommodate about 16 comfortably with both wings. Since Katy and Dale reside on the property they are available to help with anything you need, but are nearly invisible when you want to be left alone to enjoy your privacy. Parking: There is plenty of parking on the property with your own private driveway for the East Wing. Transportation: Companies like Uber are available. Parking: Plenty of free parking is available. Getting Around: Car services like Uber are available at Abloom. Food and Grocery Delivery: Delivery services like Shipt and Door Dash deliver to Abloom. We also have large tables, audio/visual equipment, corporate event staging and anything you need for special parties or events. Abloom management must be notified of any parties or events in advance to make sure property rules are followed.
