Castello at Castle Point Paradise, cabin with gorgeous lake view!

Comfortable cabin along Seneca Lake Wine Trail overlooking Seneca Lake! Guest must be 25 years of age to book. Welcome to “Castello” at Castle Point Paradise! Located on Paradise Drive, this modern cabin offers a beautiful view of Seneca Lake that can be enjoyed from one of the private balconies or the spacious deck. Inside Castello, you’ll find a fully furnished kitchen with a small granite topped island. A great spot to cook or entertain. Just off of the kitchen is a small half bath. The Living room area is open to the kitchen and the dining room. There is a gas burning fireplace in the living room for cooler nights and the dining room table seats 8. The Master bedroom is adjacent to the Dining area and has a King size bed with an en suite bathroom. This bathroom is open to the bedroom area and there is not a door connecting the two. The bathroom has a tiled walk in shower, toilet and bowl sink. From the Dining area, you can walk out onto the large deck through the back entry door. The basement level door and the stairs to the second floor are also located off of the Dining area. Upstairs you’ll find 2 decorated bedrooms with a queen sized bed, TV and a private balcony. The basement is a family room with a couch, TV, pool table and small wet bar area. There is a Queen size Murphy bed in the basement that sleeps 2 as well as a full bath with shower. The laundry area is also located in the basement. You can enjoy a meal cooked on a gas grill on the deck and relax on the comfortable poly furniture. The hot tub is also located on the deck. The yard is large and spacious, with plenty of room to bring outdoor games. There is a patio and firepit area in the yard for enjoying a campfire on cooler nights. The location of the cabin will not disappoint – far enough off the beaten path to give you privacy on your vacation but close to the main road and several of our area’s greatest attractions. Only 2 miles from Severne Point boat launch. When you rent this home, you are renting a private residence or secondary home, a very personal experience. Our homeowners have furnished and decorated this home to their taste and comfort. *Guests will be asked to initial a rental waiver after booking **We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25. **No pets or animals allowed at any time. **No parties allowed at any time. **Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas. **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. **Parking for 4 vehicles Guests will have access to the first floor, the upstairs and the basement. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have small attached porches, and there is a large front porch on the cabin as well with a hot tub and a grill. Guests are also free to use the fire pit in the lawn, although wood is not provided. We do not typically meet our guests at the property at check in, but we are a short distance, and phone call, away if guests should need anything. Personal vehicles are necessary, Uber is not readily available. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Check out times must be prompt unless otherwise arranged with us prior to your stay.
