Ground level: Bunk room (4 twins- 2 full beds plus a trundle) 1 small game room with TV, half bathroom and garage level. Garage offers beach chairs, paddleboard, sand toys and shovel, fishing rods for ocean, boogie boards some beach games, room for 2 cars, beach umbrella and gas grill. We have a small screened eating porch on the main level- great for getting a break from the sun while you eat lunch or snacks. We have a fully enclosed porch on the top deck with rockers to enjoy the early morning sunrise or enjoy a relaxing night view Second level- Main level : 2 bedrooms (teal room has one twin bed with trundle ) (Lavender room: has full bed and is ocean front on same level as deck to beach) Living, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and shared full bathroom. This Second level also has the flyover deck to the beach and small screened in eating porch. Third level has 2 bedrooms (one queen with full bath) and master with king bed and full bathroom. This third level has a glassed in porch with seating to enjoy an evening having great conversation with friends. RANDOM STUFF: All main living areas are wood floors and bedrooms have carpet. We are pet friendly but remember that St Johns County has a leash law and you must be in control of your pet at all times: ) Each bedroom(living room and game room too) has a Smart TV so you can use our internet or link to your Netflix or Amazon acct to keep everyone entertained. We have 2 Bluetooth Bose speakers so you can turn it up and have a dance party or slow it down and do a little Yoga. Full size washer and dryer available to keep everything clean. Kitchen is stocked with lots of pots and pans, coffee pot with filters and Keriug, blender, plastic plates and silverware for little ones, wine glasses, water glasses, soup pot, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, tea pot, bowls, grill pan, skillet, We provide 1 full roll of TP in all bathrooms, 1 roll of paper towels, handsoap, dishsoap, dishwasher soap and a little laundry detergent We also provide sheets, pillows, 20 bath towels and 15 beach towels. Wifi is available as well as a land line phone if yours doesn't work. Please bring loads of hats and sunscreen: ) THIS HOME IS 100% NON SMOKING
