This is a magical place where the desert meets the ocean. This beautiful beach house is located within walking distance from the beach and restaurants/bars. Enjoy the fantastic view with the floor-to-ceiling windows that will take your breath away. You can have breakfast on the terrace while you wait for the sunrise and admire the desert view of the Sea of Cortez. The house is fully equipped. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, stove, washer/dryer, towels, clean bedding, shower soap, and everything you need to feel at home. Secure enclosed parking for one vehicle in the carport. Additional parking in front of home off-road. NOTE: This is a gated community. Master bedroom: Located on the 3rd floor with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a loft that takes you to a private terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The bathroom has a jacuzzi which you could enjoy only as a tub. Accommodates up to 2 guests. Second bedroom. Located on the 3rd floor as well. It can accommodate up to 2 guests sharing a queen sofa bed. Enjoy the smart TV. Third bedroom: Located on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom. 2 full beds that accommodate up to 4 guests. Living room: Located on the second floor. It has one full sofa bed that accommodates up to 2 guests. 2nd and 3rd level of the house and carport. (1st level is not included in the rental) We are available at any time during the day to provide you with the best service. Some of our favorite spots are Club de Playa MarinaTerra (10 min walk-4 min drive)You can enjoy an all day pass for $150 MXN pesos per person per day and have fun and relax at the beach club they have a restaurant/bar, pool and you can even rent a yacht there too!!. (The beach is free there, but is a bit rocky.) The sunsets are breathtaking which by the way in 2011 National Geographic placed San Carlos on the top 10 ocean views in the world: (Website hidden by Airbnb) If you want to enjoy the beach, head out to Playa Algodones. In 1970 "Catch 22" a Hollywood movie was filmed there. Another public beach is San Francisco which is the closest to the house. Do you like hiking?. Great. We recommend Cañon de Nacapule (Nacapule Canyon). For breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!! Breakfast: Jax Snax. Lunch and Dinner: Italian La Trattoria. La Palapa Griega (Greek food on the beach). Los Arbolitos de Cajeme (fresh seafood). For drinks try Soggy Peso Bar in Playa de Algodones or Froggy's (which is closer to our house). Restaurants and bars are with in a 10-15 min walking distance. Playa San Francisco 8 min drive Playa de Algodones 15 min drive. Soggy peso 12 min drive. Closest airport: Guaymas Airport 30 min drive. Supermarket: (Ley supermarket) 5 min drive. ATM: 10 min walking.
