Egret's Pointe Townhouses are located inside a gated Wyndham Ocean Ridge resort and comes with a family pass to Wyndham Ocean Ridge Amenities (excluding golf). Each family pass is valued at $240! This townhouse feels like a home away from home with an airy entryway where you find a closet for your coats, and a half bath. It's important to know that the use of stairs is necessary, both to enter the townhome and to access all bedrooms. The main entry level has a fully equipped kitchen which opens to the living and dining area. Enjoy meals from the dining room which opens out to a private deck and a tranquil lagoon. Your dining area should accommodate 6-8 people with ample space. A living room with vaulted ceilings features comfortable furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. For added convenience, the main level features a stacked washer/dryer. This townhouse has a maximum occupancy of 6 people. All three bedrooms are located on the 2nd level of this home. Our comfortable master bedroom suite offers a private balcony overlooking the tranquil lagoon. It features a king-size bed, full bath, dressing room, television and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, full private bath, and walk-in closet. This unit also offers a 3rd "flexible" room with a twin day bed with a trundle underneath (sleeps 2). This 3rd room does not have closet or private access to a bathroom. Linens and bath towels are included (please bring your own beach towels). Minimum check-in age is 25. Photo ID is required at check-in. A credit card will be kept on file with a $300 hold placed for damages (released at check-out). This property has a strict no pet policy. Pet penalties include a $250 fine and immediate eviction. Additional charges for damage and fleas may apply.
