A very large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. It has 2 side by side parking in the subterranean garage. Parking spaces 250 & 251. Lots of amenities, a pool, 2 jacuzzis, 24 hr. security, gym,etc Adjacent to Silicon beach, close to LAX, Playa Vista, Venice beach, Marina Del Rey, Manhattan beach and the Southbay beaches. Less than 1 mile walk to the Playa Del Rey beach, minutes to Dockweiler Beach, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, Playa Vista, Loyola Marymount University and Otis College of Design, Southbay beaches and so close to the LAX (Los Angeles International Airport). The building is called The Pacific Club. Guests when driving or by rideshare need to enter the driveway that is on the left side of the building and drive all the way to the end of the driveway to the last gate (Vehicle Gate #3/ Pedestrian Gate #11). Guests can use the remote control (or grey keyfob) provided to them to access the garage/ building gates and elevators. Guests can currently use all the spaces in the condo except the BBQ. All resort amenities are available for guests to use except the back pool which is the pool that this condo is facing. The main pool and jacuzzis can be used. I will be meeting guests in front of the Vehicle Gate 3 to give them the keys. Please call my cell phone number when you arrive. I will not be living there. I will be interacting with guests via text message or phone calls. I love living in Playa Del Rey because it's a small beach community right in the center of it all. We are minutes from the LAX airport which is nice if you travel and access to three major highways within minutes. The 405, 90 and 105. The condo rental comes with parking spots 250 and 251. There are additional parking spots in the driveway for guests (labeled guest parking). There's also street parking. There will be some airport noise, but when you close the balcony doors you won't hear any noise. Minimum stay is 30 nights...but contact for deals.
