If unobstructed Hamlin lake views are what your looking for-- this property is perfect for you! The home provides over 200' of pure Hamlin Lake living. The large dock area will allow docking for several boats, sandy bottom for swimming, excellent fishing and large grass area for family activities and beautiful sunsets every evening. This home offers ample room for a large family or several families to relax and enjoy their time away. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, open concept kitchen/dining/family room provides plenty of room for all guests. The children can enjoy their time together in the separate den area. We have beds for 12 guests and 2 additional on a pull-out sofa located in the master bedroom. We provide all the comforts of home including, freshly laundered sheets and blankets for all beds, bath and kitchen towels, beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen with an array of pantry items, gas grill with a full propane tank & utensils, patio furniture and fire pit. Several kayaks, SUP and a canoe will also be provided for your enjoyment. This is the perfect home if you are looking for a quiet comfortable escape to enjoy all Hamlin Lake has to offer. We are located a quick 5 minute drive to downtown and also the State Park. Our home has a wall mount air conditioner in the den only. We do not have central air throughout the home. We do provide stand fans and/or ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and living areas. Usually, there is a breeze off the lake which cools the home. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and do our best to accommodate requests. We will personally meet you when you arrive to welcome you to our lake home along with having fresh baked treats just for you. In reviewing our calendar, if your dates do not appear available or you have questions regarding a stay shorter than 7 nights during the summer months, please contact me to discuss. I also have several other homes in the Hamlin Lake area which may be available for your dates or if you need additional space. We do make exceptions for stays shorter during our off-season. We value all our guests! We are available at all times to address any issues that may arise or recommendations you may need. Minimum Age Limit For Renters: We are not able to rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 24 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Dog Friendly: We are dog friendly to one smaller dog. We do charge $25.00 per day or $150.00 per week, $150.00 refundable deposit and require a dog agreement to be signed. All fees must be paid prior to arrival. Deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure if there is no damage. We are a non-smoking home. Please honor our request.
