Cozy Skykomish Cabin Stevens Pass Ski getaway

Get first tracks at Stevens Pass! Our Timberlane ski cabin is cozy, clean and comfortable. This one bedroom home has a queen size bed on the first floor, and upstairs living loft with space, with a huge deck off the back of the cabin. The primary heat is a wood stove in the kitchen, plus electric wall heaters in the cabin. Full kitchen with eating bar, oven, microwave and coffeemaker. Watching DVD's or downloads. There is no Internet or WIFI. Our rustic cabin is tucked in the woods just off US HWY 2, 16 miles West of Stevens Pass mountain resort. This is a great getaway for skiing, snowboarding, fishing or hiking. We hope you'll relax with a good book next to the fire in the wood burning stove. Summer amenities include fishing or swimming in the Skykomish river and mountain biking. Visit nearby Leavenworth or local hikes. Relax, watch the falling snowflakes, or walk the association trails down to the riverfront beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker and cooking oil. You should arrive with groceries and any edibles you'll need for your stay. Our bathroom is freshly remodeled and is stocked with fresh towels, with complimentary soap/shampoo/lotion. The heated floors in the bathroom are a guest favorite. Guests will have access to the entire house, outside decks (front and back) and the yard. Also, Timberlane has walking trails and 2 riverfront beach trails with great spots to picnic or just enjoy mountain serenity. I'm available via cell for calls and texts if you have any questions, problems or issues during your stay. If you're looking for serenity, quiet and calm, this is a terrific spot. Just down the road in Skykomish are the local watering holes, gas station and Deli. If you love trains, you'll love Skykomish. It's as close to off the grid you can get while keeping cell phone service! 1.5 miles east of Skykomish. Local eateries include Smokey's BBQ, Cascadian Inn and Skykomish Deli. Stevens Pass ski area is 16 miles East on US HWY 2. We have take out menus at the cabin for local spots. Best watering hole in town is the Whistling Post, offering a full bar plus great pub eats. Try the fried chicken sandwich! While we don't have Internet on site, guests are welcome to stream movies on the smart TV located in the loft using a personal hot spot from their cell phone.
