The property will be exclusively yours when you rent this cottage. Beautiful cottage with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a great walk out basement that includes a foosball table. A new outdoor hot tub. Great pergola with outdoor seating as well as a fire pit and barbecue for use. DVD's, board games and tons of space to enjoy. The water is drinkable town water as the cottage is in Port Carling. We do not live near the property and will not be available in person unless there is an emergency but will be contactable through phone or email. The cottage is situated on Mirror Lake but is a short boat ride away from Lake Rosseau. It is also about a 7 minute drive into Port Carling where you can try great restaurants with patios that have spectacular views. There is also the Muskoka Lakes Museum that's also just a short drive from the cottage. You will be minutes away from the Marina where you can launch your boat or get gas! The public beach is just across the water from the cottage but is a short drive away also. You will need a car to get to downtown Port Carling (7 minute drive) or you can bike from the cottage it is only a 20 minute bike to downtown.
