Only 1.5 hour drive from Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville, it’s a beautiful place to stay for a getaway weekend or for visiting loved ones during those family gatherings close by. Newly restored historic building located in downtown Sparta TN and within walking distance of shops, a brewery and eateries. Enjoy a quiet small town escape while on your next adventure at one of our many state parks located within a short 30-45 drive. The lofts have beautiful modern kitchens and bathrooms along with comfortable queen and king beds. Parties and events are not allowed via agreement of Airbnb compliance and terms of service. We will not be on site but we are available through Airbnb messenger, text or phone call. Sparta is a quiet town full of charm and ready to be explored. Nestled in the middle of three state parks and perfect for kayaking, canoeing, hiking and rock climbing. The one and only Lester Flatt called this town home and he is celebrated each year at the Liberty Square Celebration held in October. There’s a coffee shop, apothecary, tavern, boutique and brewery all within walking distance from the lofts! There are 27 stairs to the second floor. Parties and events are prohibited.
