The Wally walkout is the perfect STUDIO (lower level of larger building) near lake. Queen size bed, WiFi, grill,fire pit, .3 mile walk to the lake. Pull out twin couch, kitchenette that includes a toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, full fridge, smart tv & bath all conveniently located. Pets are welcome for an additional $100 cleaning fee. We also offer boat and waverunner rentals through The Boat Shop (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Discounts on your boat rental for staying with us! It’s in a larger building that has other tenants above the space, across a foyer and at the far end of the building. There is a set of steps down to the foyer door or a ramp. It is a "walkout" so it is located in the lower level of the building but has a window in the bathroom and a large bay window in the main living area. The property is located on multiple acres that are very scenic. The lake is .3 miles down a dirt road. There is a brand new bar/restaurant across the street along with gas stations, grocery stores and anything you need within a 10 mile radius. There are many great hiking trails and state parks surrounding us. Fire pit, grill & picnic table outside. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (message for rate) they must be leashed & picked up after outside.
