Private Room close to Philly Airport and Phila

20 mins from Penns Landing, 25 mins from Downtown Phila, 20 mins from Wilmington, DE. Very quiet, very private townhouse community. Guest are welcome to use most of the home's amenities - please check with Alan. There is a full basement with WiFi and TV. Guests will occupy the guest room (queen bed) and the adjoining room (single bed). There is also access to a private bath adjacent to the BRs. Guests may also use the kitchen and appliances (please keep the kitchen clean). While I request guests refrain from using the main floor living room, they are free to use the basement family room including TV/DVD/Apple TV and computer/printer.
