Explore the surrounding local hiking, mountain biking, and ATV attractions. Water Canyon is a must see! Driving distance to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Lake Powell, and much more! Water Canyon Resort also offers One Bed Studios & Pet-Friendly Studios! One Bed Studios: Private Luxury Studio - Incredible Views - Water Canyon Resort Pet-Friendly Studios: Private Luxury Studio - King Bed - Pet-Friendly Only - Resort Enjoy your morning coffee in your cozy living room with customized décor or private outdoor space overlooking gorgeous Canaan Mountain. Each luxury studio has a kitchenette with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, and mini fridge. A small dining table is also available for mealtimes. Should you need to work, but hopefully you can relax, there is a workspace available for laptops and office work. A private bathroom and master bedroom with a King bed and large 55" television are located down the hall. An additional sofa sleeper in the living room comfortably accommodates a total of four guests. Guest access is simple and requires no on-site check-in! Receive a unique door code via email before arrival. Individual 3-car parking is available steps away from your luxury studio entrance. Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. On-site staff during office hours. Emergency phoneline and assistance available. This quaint neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Surrounded by breathtaking sandstone mountains; the leisure activities are endless! In Spring 2021, Water Canyon Resort will be adding additional amenities such as a restaurant, pickle ball courts, outdoor barbecues and fire pits, a relaxing interactive water feature, and a stage for live local music and yoga classes! We are also introducing The Vineyard at Water Canyon which will be offering wine tastings and winery tours. The Vineyard at Water Canyon is the perfect event center for those interested in catered company retreats, yoga retreats, and weddings! The best part is, that it is walking distance from the resort! Driving, ATV's, or biking is the best way to get around the area. 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended, but not necessary for most destinations. There is a local grocery store and a few restaurants in Hildale. Most fast food chains and restaurant options are approximately 20 minutes away. Our kitchenettes do not have stove tops or any other cook tops. We would prefer guests to use outdoor barbecue areas for cooking/grilling to minimize odor and potential indoor damage.
