Basement Apt. Close to ski hills and beaches!

Bright and roomy! The living area is spacious with leather furniture, TV, wifi, Netflix & PS 4. Bedroom has a luxury queen sized bed. Living area has a day bed that can be utilized as 2 single beds or combined as one king bed. Use of pool table and vintage pinball machine too!. Breakfast foods will be provided upon check-in, such as fresh pastries & fruit. Tea, coffee and typical essentials stocked. Kitchen does not have a stove but it does have a toaster oven and microwave. Ample parking. Close to ski hills, hiking trails, beaches, rivers, downtown Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Everything is within a 15 minute radius! Hosts are on site and will happily provide extra assistance with planning your trip if desired. Lots of space to store skis and bikes if needed. Entire apartment has just been renovated. Covid cleaning in place. Quiet neighbourhood. Guests can use a common rec room area that has a pool table and pinball machine. The driveway is a shared driveway with ample parking Hosts reside on site 24/7 and are available to guests. Nottawa is a sweet village with friendly neighbours. There is a local pub, variety store and funky interior design shop within walking distance of our home. The Trail Network is very close to our home and can be used for cycling, walking and cross country skiing. Are you a kayaking, canoeing or SUB enthusiast? ....several rivers and lakes are nearby! The downhill ski hills are a 15 minute drive and the cross country ski resorts are only 10 minutes away. Snowmobile trails are also nearby. Hosts are available to assist with excursions if wanted. Uber and taxis are available. Hosts will also assist with transportation if needed. Nottawa is close to everything! We have two dogs onsite but they do not have access to the BnB area. They reside upstairs with the owners but do use the fenced in backyard. The backyard is secure and the BnB guests do not have access to the backyard. The dogs may be visible from the gate near the BnB door though.
