Welcome to my cozy home. I have a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a full yard with trees, washer and dryer. Newly remodelled bathroom and house. You will love how close it is to I-94. And how you can walk one minute to the bus stop to be in downtown Ann Arbor in 25 minutes. Or take a car and get to downtown Ann Arbor in 10 minutes. ****If you are staying as two guests in one bedroom the second guest fee of 30 dollars will be waived. This house is the perfect balance between city and country. You are within a ten to fifteen minute drive from anywhere in downtown Ann Arbor. A five minute drive to the Huron River and parks. A ten minute walk to Meijer and Starbucks. 50 feet from the Ann Arbor Bus stop. I have a 2 night requirement. Please contact me if that is an issue for you. You are allowed in the entire space As often as needed Quite neighborhood with a lot of trees and grass. My house is a 2 minute drive to I 94 a one minute walk from the bus stop The additional guests cost is for the 2nd bedroom. If you are coming as a couple and only need one bedroom I will waive the 2nd guest fee.
