We include memory foam mattresses in each bedroom, a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen size in the other three bedrooms. A sectional couch, fine hotel quality towels & linens along with high end toiletries, a flat screen smart TV with complimentary Internet streamed Sling TV (Orange+Blue package Including the "Sports Extra" package) as well as Netflix, and a Keurig coffee maker and pods to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Guest Access: Guests can access the entire home. The Neighborhood: The home is located in Reno's most newly renovated and active area just southeast of the Truckee River. It is caddy corner to a wonderful park with an outside basketball court and playground. It is also very close to most main hospitals of Reno and just a few blocks from Virginia st and hotspot midtown and downtown destinations. Other Things to Note: Please do not enter the attic.
