Waterfront Cottage on Leland

Nestled in on a private drive on Leland Pond, & just a few miles from Colgate University or Antique Show, relax on our little slice of heaven with a pretty waterfront view. Seasonally: Enjoy the water and kayak, swim, fish, or just relax in our hammock by the water. Walk along the Chenango Canal Trail, antique shop, dine out, or eat in. Summer/fall: (2)Kayaks/ 1 canoe, 4 life jackets,) Small fire pit to roast marshmallows Approx 975sq ft with full operating kitchen and amenities to cook and dine in, (also outside bbq grill seasonally,) cozy sitting area with sofa and working gas fireplace, dining area, separate living room with screen Smart tv /Roku, and small sectional sofa (not a pull out) with large padded ottoman , separate bar area, WIFI, 1.5 bthrms, 1 lg bdrm with queen canopy bed, 2nd smaller bedroom with two single beds, back patio with private lawn area to water and private dock. Additional Sleeping arrangements: we have a couch(not pull out) in living room area with large ottoman for a 5th guest You are however welcome to bring an air mattress instead. Extra pillows and blankets in both bedroom closets are available. Parking: There is room enough for two vehicles to park directly in front of home Self Check-in Private entrance with easy access code We want you to enjoy your time and give you your space. Easy number access code will be given prior to your arrival. A house manual with some places to go, things to do, directions, rules and additional information will be inside entrance upon your arrival, along with our cell numbers should you have any questions etc It’s very therapeutic and relaxing just looking out at the water. The area is quiet with mostly kayaks and small fishing boats, pontoons. Other camps surrounding us are mostly seasonal. Downtown Hamilton is just a few miles away by vehicle. There are also local restaurants near by, a farmers market (Mosher’s,) Bouckville Antique Show, and bait shop near by. Chenango Canal Trail is only a couple miles away by vehicle if you’re up for a walk by foot, snowshoes or cross country skiing. Seeking to golf, ski, or snow tube? Four Seasons Golf and Ski located in Fayetteville is only approx a 38 min drive away. There is a small occupied apartment to the left of our Cottage, however is separated by own entrances and fencing for complete privacy. Our cottage and surrounding area are particularly very quiet
