The Sawmill House is located right in the middle of all that Colorado has to offer! 30 min to Downtown Denver and Colorado Springs! Hiking trails, biking & parks in walking distance! 48 golf courses within 20 miles! Close to the Factory Outlet Mall & Historic downtown Castle Rock with local restaurants, bars & coffee shops! scenic 1hr 30min drive up 1-70 brings you to the high country for skiing, snowboarding, & mountain biking. Live plants & lots of sunshine make for a refreshing stay. The Sawmill house has lots of natural light! We took advantage of all the sunshine by putting live plants inside! The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. There is plenty of space for your family to spread out and relax. Upstairs boasts a Cheerful master suite, two bedrooms, and an additional full bathroom. Lovely wood floors and natural wool carpet throughout. A bright, open, full kitchen. The living room on the main level has a gas fireplace and office space. There's a family room downstairs with a dartboard, ps3, and Wii U for your enjoyment, along with another en-suite bedroom/bath. With views of the Rocky Mountains from the back deck and the outdoor fire pit, you feel all the Colorado feels! On a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Castle Rock's most desirable neighborhoods. Access to the whole house EXCEPT garage and basement storage closets. You can contact me via text, call, or email. Also, we have family in town that can help with questions and emergencies if needed. Our neighborhood is awesome! It's a 5-mile loop with pools, parks, trails, restaurants, a movie theater, coffee shops, and a brand new Hospital! The Meadows community hosts a summer concert series in Butterfield Park, one block from the house, every Thursday evening all summer! There are fall festivities and a Christmas light display tour every year. Access to Light Rail transportation is about 8 miles away, so you should plan to bring a car or utilize uber, lift, or taxi service. One Queen-sized air mattress goes in the main floor living room between fireplace and couch, two full-size air mattresses' go in the basement, one between couch and TV and the other by the piano. If you stay for a extented period of time there will be a bi-weekly house check and plant watering.
