We pride ourselves on keeping the place extremely clean and providing you with above and beyond amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This newly renovated 350 sq ft shipping container sits tucked away behind our main house and is surrounded by a small urban farm. Consider our location a quiet oasis in the midst of the suburbs and surrounding big cities. You won't believe how centrally and conveniently located we are to so many DFW points of interest. We encourage you to sit outside and take in the fresh air from your private rooftop deck or enjoy strolling down the lane to see the cows. In the kitchen, you have a functional mini refrigerator, a dishwasher, Breta water filter, blender, microwave, and induction cooktop. We also have an electric kettle, french press and coffee grinder - along with tea and coffee available for you. All appliances (minus the fridge) are brand new - as well as all the dishes and silverware. Please make yourself at home (although with the dining district in Roanoke being just a few miles away, who wants to cook??) In addition to our main heat and air unit, we have a ceiling fan and mini vortex fan as well as space heater available for your convenience. There is a partial wall dividing the living room from the bedroom where a comfortable queen size bed awaits you (complete with soft bamboo linens and extra covers). A wall mounted flat-screen Smart TV is located in the living room but can swivel to accommodate those wanting to watch TV from the bed. WIFI is available. We care about your comfort and strive to keep as many toxins and as much dirt out of this unit as possible so you can be at peace knowing you are in a place that is as clean as can be! We also want you to feel comfortable letting your small children crawl on the floor! This booking is completely private! It includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (pedestal tub with shower head), kitchen, dinette and living room and rooftop deck with new patio furniture and fire pit. We have an adult occupancy max of 2, but can accommodate a small child/infant if you wish. Please be sure to communicate with us regarding the additional child. We can make available a small cot or crib for them. Guests have private access to the entire home. Outside areas that are not available to guest roaming will be marked by signs. We love to say hello and meet our guests when we see them strolling but our desire is to give each guest the space and privacy they want. We’re here for you if you need us! We are very close to Old town Keller - which boasts of some fun restaurants and shops. We are also not far from downtown roanoke! Having your own vehicle is easiest, we have a designated parking space for you but Uber is also convenient and frequently used! Please be aware of our teddybear like guard dog. He helps guard the cows at night and keeps wildlife away from our homes. He loves people and children. You may hear him occasionally barking - we've provided a sound machine should you wish to drown out any potential of hearing him.
