Vacay House: Sauna, Tanning Bed, Grill, Trampoline

Sauna, anyone?! We’ve got an amazing Finnish sauna, outdoor dining with gazebo over the grill so you can bbq year-round! The backyard also has a rectangular in-ground trampoline, a swing set, a disc golf basket, and corn hole, and there’s a Foosball table inside. Fun at every turn and room to spread out. You will love staying in our 2300 square-foot home! Plus the home has ideal proximity to restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping. Come stay at VACAY HOUSE! This house comes equipped with so many creature comforts. Upon entering you’ll find a solid-wood Foosball Table next to a gas fireplace in the front room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for full meals. You will find two leather sofas in the main level living room and in the upstairs loft you will find a comfy leather sectional with a reclining chair and a pull-out sofa bed. There are two TVs in the house, both of which are located upstairs, one in the loft and the other in the master bedroom. In the loft you will also find many games, toys, and children’s books for the kids. There’s an amazing Finnish sauna as well as a tanning bed in the huge master closet - right across from the combo shower/tub. It’s basically your own private spa! The back patio has a gazebo covering a Weber gas grill along with an outdoor table with an umbrella and six chairs. The backyard also has an olympic size rectangular trampoline in the ground, a Lifetime swing set with a slide, disc golf, and corn hole. There are two full bathrooms upstairs both with a bathtub/shower combo and a half bath on the main level. You’ll love the extra-large capacity washer and dryer. Three cars can park in the driveway and since the house sits on a corner lot, there is plenty of extra parking. The neighborhood has lots of families with kids. The house also has a pack n play and a high chair. This is a fun, family-friendly home. In under ten minutes, you can drive to any of these amenities: Chick-fil-A, YMCA, Costco, Target, Walmart, Winco, Dutch Bros, Coldstone Creamery, Best Buy, Kohl’s, TJ Maxx, Ross, Dick’s, Hobby Lobby, four different thrift stores, a skate park, a bmx park, the local gym, and more! Just 6 minutes to the freeway. Only 15 minutes to the Idaho Center, 20 minutes to NNU, and 25-30 minutes to the airport, hiking trails, and downtown Boise. I will be available 24/7 via phone or text for support. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The nextdoor neighbors are an amazing family with five kids and the backyard neighbors are the sweetest retired couple. Car is the best way to get around. I have two exterior cameras, one at the front door and one over the backyard. They are for liability purposes and also for making sure guests are not smoking or bringing unauthorized people onto the property. The cameras will be checked regularly. The rule for the trampoline is no more than two people of similar weight on it at the same time. Jump at your own risk. By reserving my home, you are agreeing to assume all liability. But have fun! It’s seriously an awesome trampoline that my kids really miss. The only bedroom with a lock is the master bedroom. No parties. No smoking anywhere on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction without refund. Garage is off-limits. The Roku remotes do not control volume. The volume buttons are on the TVs. Note about the outdoor GRILL: Please, scrub the grill clean if you put food on it. If it is left uncleaned, an additional $30 fee will incur. The trash and recycling bins are on the north side of the house behind the fence. The grey bin is for trash. The blue bin is for recycling (cardboard and plastic only). Thank you!
