The Homestead House

Homestead House is a newly renovated rural farmhouse with a rich history. It is the oldest house on 5th avenue, owned by fourth-generation descendants of the builder. With three bedrooms and two baths, and it’s proximity to local parks, this is a perfect getaway. The space is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all your necessities, including a coffee bar. Three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin bed. Two full bathrooms. Easy access to Memorial Park which has a paved walking/bike trail and splash fountain and Doctors Park which has basketball courts, playgrounds, and ball fields. Guests have full access to the entire home. A key code will he sent to access the home upon arrival. We live just around the block and are accessible most any time of day! Calvert City is a safe and family-friendly city. The Homestead House is just steps away from three city parks, and a shopping center containing all your necessities. Kentucky Lake is just a short 2-mile drive. Calvert City Golf and Country Club .25 miles. Paducah is a 30-minute drive. Perfectly centralized location! The Calvert City Greenway Trail is a well-used trail that connects Calvert City with Kentucky Lake. Roughly 10 miles of paved trails are available now, soon to finish the last connecting trail. There is an 8-mile mountain bike trail just a few miles away and Land Between the Lakes is less than a 10 minute drive. You’ll be happy to find casual family-owned restaurants all over town. Whatever your taste, restaurants in Calvert City are the perfect place to have fun and eat well. The Homestead House is a non-smoking home. Additionally, no pets are allowed.
