Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request. Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. Ducks: we have a lot of them in the neighborhood. Some people think they are cute. Some people don't like the "droppings". We pressure wash monthly, but if you book here, you need to be prepared for ducks. Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
