The vaulted ceilings make for a great landing pad after a day out enjoying all that this scenic town has to offer. Whether you're visiting Bear Lake's beaches or organizing a game of baseball at the local park, the amenities of this studio will make for an excellent vacation. What's nearby: A local park is within walking distance to the studios where you'll find a basketball hoop, tennis courts, and and plenty of room for other outdoor fun. The Minnetonka Cafe is within close proximity for delicious meals, while the Bear Lake West Golf Course is just a short drive away. Things to know: Free WiFi No A/C (ceiling and floor fans in the studio) Shared washer/dryer in the lodge Kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker * To sleep the max amount (an additional two people), guests must bring their own bedding and air mattresses. All other bedding is provided at no charge. *** Please note: this studio is winterized until spring 2019 *** Parking notes: You may park anywhere in the driveway, or on the gravel on the sides of the cul-de-sac. Please be courteous of your neighbors and do not park on the main road. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
