Private Guest Suite in Philadelphia Home + Parking

Enjoy our comfortable guest suite in a residential neighborhood in Philadelphia. Our space resides right next to the Wissahickon Creek, known for its sightseeing, hiking and biking trails. Our home is a short ride to the many Manayunk restaurants and bars. We have easy access to the train station and bus stops to get you in and out of the city, as well as plenty of Uber and Lyft's available. The suite comes with complete privacy: a private entrance, bed, bath & living room, perfect for couples and solo travelers looking to explore the city. You will have access to the driveway for the duration of your stay. Make yourselves at home with use of our WiFi network as well as our smart TV, where you have access to sign in to any of your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. If staying more than 3 nights we will leave a laundry pod for you to do a load of laundry during your stay. The small outdoor patio space comes with a grill and a fire pit. Feel free to cook on the grill and keep your leftovers in the mini fridge during your stay! If you plan to eat out but don't want to go far, take a quick drive down to Main Street in Manayunk, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Please note - while the home is in a quieter neighborhood in the city of Philadelphia, you may still be subject to everyday noises such as cars going by, dogs barking, etc. Guest will have access to the entire suite which includes: bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Guests will share patio access with the owners who live upstairs. We are always a text, phone call or email away. Roxborough is known for it's great proximity to downtown while also having that quiet neighborhood feel. It's the perfect mix of being in the city without all of the traffic of downtown. The Wissahickon Creek is a beautiful park filled with trails that sit right in our backyard. We have a backyard with a patio that you are welcome to sit at to enjoy your morning coffee or to grill something for dinner. At our home you have easy access to bars and restaurants as well as to downtown. You'll have access to multiple bus and train routes to get you into the city. There are restaurants and bars within a short driving distance if you don't feel like going into the city. The owners live in the unit above the suite. If you can't find something, just ask! We live here and probably have what you're looking for. *** In the event of an emergency, the owner has a right to enter the unit. This is a shared suite in our home with access to the hot water heater, washer and dryer and circuit breaker. If, for any reason, the host needs to enter the unit, they will contact the guest and let them know.***
