Roomy Contemporary In-Law Suite in N.Decatur

We are located in the quaint neighborhood of Country Squire which is in North Decatur. The modern in-law suite is located in the lower level of the house. It is equipped with a private entrance, open floor plan, full kitchen with breakfast bar, large pantry, a 60 inch TV, ample closet space, and a full-size washer and dryer. There is a private entrance through the French doors in the backyard. The entire space is private and there is a locked door that separates the in-law suite from upstairs where the owners live. Located in a quiet and charming neighborhood in North Decatur. 5 minutes to Vista Grove shopping center 10 minutes to Toco Hills shopping center Less than 15 minutes to Downtown Decatur/Decatur Square 15 minutes to Emory and CDC 15 minutes to Perimeter Mall 20 minutes to Buckhead or Midtown We have two beautiful German Shepherd dogs that live with the owners that's not shared and not in the Airbnb space. They do occasionally bark when there are people walking by or close to the house since they are our security :) 1. Absolutely NO parties and quiet time from 10 PM - 6 AM. 2. Extra guests not on the reservation will need to request permission to stay overnight and will be charged an additional $20 per night for each additional guest. 3. NO Smoking on premises. Violators of this policy will incur a $150 fee. 4. If you choose to utilize the outdoor patio furniture, the seat cushions are in the hallway closet. Please bring them inside every time you are finished with using the furniture due to potential inclement weather and damage to cushions. If they are left outside during the following conditions. -overnight -inclement weather -guest(s) not physically in Airbnb space Guest (s) will be charged an additional $100 per incident. 5. Friendly reminder there is a dehumidifier in the bedroom that needs to remain on during the day and can be turned off when guest(s) go to sleep. Thank you in advance!
