The home is lovely, well-lit, and it is a few blocks from the Red River; there is a massive park with a public swimming pool, bike route, and sites for a picnic. The place is close to Ralph Engelstad Arena and the newly built UND medical school. The space is perfect for holidays, business travelers, and students attending UND or Northland Community College. Quietly unwind after a long day also saves money on affordability, not staying at a small hotel room or sublet while you can have the whole house for yourself. This is a single-family house cozy and private. There is a BBQ grill on the deck, but the guest is responsible for the propane. All utilities included plenty of parking on the property. Additionally, off-street parking available if you need it. There is free WiFi. You will be within walking distance of various restaurants and pubs! Although the home located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance there are few famous bars Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and others. There are many restaurants the famous Red Peppers a few blocks from the house, gas station, and many more. The Bangalow will give you a sense of feeling welcome home. The public transportation available and accessible to catch a bus within a minute walk. Additionally, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. Within five minutes, you can locate one - easy to find the location. During your stay, any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your host anytime. However, before you leave the place, kindly turn off all lights, clean all the dishes if you have used them, also. Please don’t leave any leftover food on the plate or in the refrigerator; throw it in the garbage. As far as the bedsheet and dirty towels, pull out the bedsheets only along with your dirty towels put everything in the trash bag (the bags are under the kitchen counter). Moreover, the outside light switch is inside the house by the main entrance. Kindly make sure that the light switch is turned on all the time, it is on a timer, and it will automatically come on after sundown and turned off after sunrise. Also, the lower ceiling to watch before entering the upstairs bedroom area. There are 1.5 bathroom in the house one on the first floor (full bath) and other one is on the basement (half bath).
