The Red River Retreat River Access Fun in Backyard

Summary: Newly renovated 4BR, 3Bath house minutes from Fort Campbell, shopping and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, river access, and pet friendly! Enjoy relaxing on the back porch, watching TV in great living room, cooking dinner, or playing with friends and pets in the fenced-in back yard. Garage for convenience. Very safe residential neighborhood. High speed internet and even a library if you want to catch-up on some reading! Easy access to I-24 if you are just passing through. The Space: This house is set up perfectly for families or a group of friends. The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious eat-in kitchen with modern appliances. Big screen TV and comfortable couches with high speed internet and Netflix. Upstairs is 2x bedrooms and 1x bath with a great library. If you want to bring an air bed with you, you could sleep two more in the library for a total of 11. The back porch overlooks the Red River, and you can go down the bank and go floating or sit out by the fire pit. Backyard is fenced if you brought your pet, and there is a garage! All around perfect setup! We utilize tablets to help give guests useful information and get feedback about your stay. These tablets are available for guest use while in the home. We will send you a message on your check in day with more information about the YourWelcome tablets. Guest Access: There's a lockbox on the front door with a key inside. We will provide you with the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. The Neighborhood: This is a great residential neighborhood with Publix and restaurants less than half a mile away. Less than 10 minutes to Fort Campbell. The back yard is fenced with a fire pit. The house also backs up to the Red River so you can walk off the back porch and go floating in the river! Getting Around: Public transportation does not come into the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or get a cab. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: I am currently deployed with the Army, but we have plenty of friends and family in the area that can help if you have any issues. Otherwise, the house should be all set up for you!
