Private, gated, laid back and secluded guesthouse.

Unique and cozy, The Cottage is a private guesthouse with a touch of whimsy. It has its own garage that sits on a casual, four-acre estate with private pool and tennis courts, surrounded by beautiful pine trees. The Cottage is comfortable, not snooty. I want to add amenities and unique, fun stuff as I go. So your suggestions are appreciated. The Cottage is quiet, secluded, and gated. The perfect place for business travelers, or a couple who want to retreat to a peaceful enclave. I am available during most of a guest's stay because I live in the main house. You might see me around the yard with my dog. However, there are times I will be traveling. In those instances I can always be reached by phone. Great walking and biking trails all the way to downtown Northville (1 1/2 miles). Bet the ponies at Northville Downs, eat at my friend Laura Genitti's restaurant (Genitti's). (Duh). Visit Mill Race. The Cottage is only a half mile from Hines Park. Detroit, Ann Arbor, Royal Oak, are all within 30 minutes by car. Easy access to freeways. Ride your bike all over Northville by taking the main Sheldon Road trail into town for great restaurants and fun places to hang out.
