Darling 2 bed, 1 bath bungalow located across the street from beautiful private Fonda Lake. This home comes with a sandy bottom dock foot steps away that allows non motorized boats and floats. Peddle boat, Kayaks and Paddle board on site. Fantastic partially wooded property and distant neighbors. Full kitchen, barbecue 1 mile from grocery stores and a hand full of bar/restaurants/shopping. 2 miles from historic down town Brighton and walking distance to Green Oak Outlets Fantastic open floor plan with 2 enclosed porches that can be used in the summer. The front enclosed porch has a gas fireplace. The whole house is available to use although the upstairs is unfinished. I am a fireman so when I'm on shift I'm not physically available. However my phone is always on and I have family around the lake if something comes up. Otherwise we live across the street from the property and I am available. Nice quiet street with 1 way in and 1 way out. Very safe area with strong neighbor relationships No near public transportation however there are many stores and other amenities walking distance.
