Welcome home! This newly renovated home is located on a quiet tree-lined street in downtown Chagrin Falls. Only a 4 minute walk from the restaurants, shops, the falls & the Chagrin Falls Little Theater. Everything you need is right at your fingertips! When you return from your adventures, you can gather in the open concept kitchen & family room or relax on the covered front porch. This 3 bedroom / 2 full bathroom house was fully renovated October 2020. Enjoy the fully equipped open concept kitchen and eating area that flows into the cozy family room. The main bedroom (with a view of the beautiful red bud tree in the front yard) has a brand new King size Nectar Memory Foam mattress, large TV & walk-in closet. Plush bathrobes are available for your use. The middle bedroom has 2 twin beds & the back bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet & work space with desk. There is a full laundry area in the basement for our guests to use. Both TVs have 85+ live streaming channels (YouTube TV), Netflix, Hulu & Disney Plus. Hi-speed WiFi is available for all of our guests. You'll have access to the entire house except for the closet in the middle bedroom and the garage. We will be available via phone/text/email 24/7. Chagrin Falls is a quaint village filled with many independently owned restaurants & boutiques. The small hometown vibe welcomes all of its visitors. All of Chagrin Falls Village is walkable from the house. The movie theater & additional fabulous restaurants in Bainbridge are just a short (5-10 min) drive away. Solon is a 10 min drive southeast. Pinecrest Outdoor Shopping Mall is a 15 min drive west. Downtown Cleveland is 30-35 min drive west. Access to the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks is only 3 miles away.
