Spacious living room, separate smaller living room, bathroom and kitchen, dining area (seating for 6), screened front porch with outdoor chairs, private back yard with gas grill and fire pit, lawn chairs for sitting under the large Live Oak. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender, and full sized washer and dryer.
