Due to the home's location, there is no trash pickup. We ask that you dispose of all garbage and recycling at the conveniently located recycling centers, two of which are within two miles of the house. Two dogs permitted with $50/dog nonrefundable pet fee. Dogs must be under 50lbs and house trained. We ask that dogs stay on the main floor. The basement is unfinished, so we request that guests refrain from using the space other than laundry. Children are not allowed in the basement.
