Stay with easy access! The apartment is in excellent order creating a comfortable home-from-home for long-term and short-term guests. There is a main bedroom with a double bed, The apartment has a capacity for up to 4 guests as there is a single sofa-bed and we also provide a twin size air mattress, with bedding and pillows too. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with new modern attractive items. There is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with a wide range of kitchen utensils including plates, glasses and cutlery. Laundry facilities are coin operated -- one on each floor! Access is through the apartment building main door, which is locked in the evenings. Has a key pad electronic access. The code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. The FREE WiFi is sufficient for basic surfing, social media and collecting emails, but not for bandwidth hogging continuous streaming services such as Netflix when occupancy levels are high. However, should you need lots of bandwidth let's say for working at home. We are able to put you in touch with the local service provider who offer a month-by-month service at a very reasonable price. We have Cable TV piped to the apartments there are 44 channels with a variety of things from sports to kids shows to drama. The majority of our furnished apartments have "Smart TV’s”. You will be able to send and receive mail during your stay as there are mailboxes allocated for each apartment. Plus there is ample car parking space for all guests in our large car lot. Getting around the neighbourhood, we recommend the use of a car especially if you are going to travel around the State. Most amenities are within a short walking distance of the apartment building. There is plenty of parking space for each guest in our large, private parking lot. I won't be available in person Our managers live in Lamberton and will be onsite most morning, they are also available 24 hours a day should you have matters which need resolving A beautiful view of the fields with our rooms on the backside and side of the building. For visitors seeing love ones in the nursing home, we are right beside it as well! A car is required for ease of access to the core downtown, but it's a small town. Many walk, its not far!
