Large studio apartment in an historic estate setting. Guests have a private entrance with parking to a first floor, fun studio. Our property boasts a private tennis court for guest use and is situated directly on the Heritage Trail, which is perfect for biking and jogging. Our home borders several hundred acres of scenic rural property, yet we are conveniently located in the charming, historic Village of Goshen - within walking distance to restaurants and the Trotting Horse Museum. Beautifully renovated and stylishly renovated, large studio apartment with cozy accents to make you feel at home. Our guest space has a private, full galley kitchen, bathroom and large studio bedroom/dining/living room space. The apartment has a plasma TV with cable and WiFi, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and flatware. We recently added a combination door lock for added guest security, even though we are in safe slow motion Goshen. Don’t forget to bring your tennis rackets for our private court. If you're interested in private tennis lessons, we have a tennis-pro in house for customized lessons based on your fitness level and ability. Don't forget your bikes for use on the scenic trail, which is directly behind our property. We are within walking distance to the center of our village. We are also close to several wineries, organic farms for organic produce and fruit and vegetable picking. Also, don't miss out on the Goshen's farmer’s market during the summertime. This area is known for it's beautiful foliage in the fall and winter skiing. When we have new snow the Heritage Trail is so peaceful for cross country skiing or snow shoeing. Guests will have access to on-site, off-street parking as well as our beautiful grounds and tennis court. We live on the property and are happy to help at a social distance or through the app. We are conveniently located in a small village, within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and an ice cream stand. Guests can walk, bike or use their car/Uber. Unfortunately, our pool is NOT available for guest use at this time.
