Great 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is in a new duplex located in a quiet, transitional neighborhood. Our place is perfect for the traveling professional who wants to rent thru AirBnB for 30 nights or more. You get your own kitchen, washer & dryer, & onsite parking for 2 cars for your convenience. It's a real home away from home! Master bedroom has a queen bed while the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a twin bed. (Please note: Strict no pet policy, & no smoking indoors.) Our place is centered in Golden Triangle area of Beaumont, Port Arthur, & Orange. While neighborhood is quiet, it’s 2 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and easy access to US Hwy 69. We are only 5 minutes from Jack Brooks Regional Airport (BPT) and Medical Center of SE Texas, 10 minutes to both Lamar University and Motiva refinery, and 15 minutes from Baptist and St. Elizabeth hospitals. It would be difficult to be more centrally located. The apartment is one of two in a brand new duplex; completion date was December 2017. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, and the second has a twin bed. The kitchen features granite counter tops and stained custom cabinets. Tile floors are laid throughout, and the ceilings are 9' high. Overall, the space has a clean, contemporary feel. For entertainment, a 43" 4K television is mounted in the living area, while high speed WiFi-internet is provided so you can log in to your favorite streaming service. Our place also has a stylish desk and office chair when you need to work away from the office. There is also ample driveway parking for 2 full sized pickups for this space. Also, please note smoking is only permitted outside, and no pets of any kind are allowed. Your unit is completely private; there are no shared spaces. You can make yourself at home in our fully appointed kitchen, and make use of the full sized washer and dryer. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, and iron. We use a key-less entry system. In fact, you provide the code you will use for your stay. Our interaction with guests is as needed. Each month the air filters are changed, and weekly yard work is performed to keep property in attractive condition. However, we live nearby and are always only a phone call away. The neighborhood was planned in the post-war years, and is home to many retirees. It is in transition as younger families are seeing its potential, buying, and renovating homes. Parking is right up to the front door! Your space can accommodate two full-sized pickup trucks. The location is also only one minute away from US Hwy 69 for a short drive to local industry and medical centers. Jack Brooks Regional Airport is with a 5 minute drive, and Lamar University in Beaumont is 10 minutes away. Please note that no smoking is permitted inside the residence, and that no pets of any kind are allowed.
