Cute 300 sq ft humble studio cottage on a double corner lot in down town Pinedale. Take a short walk to the parks, gym, library, and restaurants. Relax on the deck and enjoy the stunning mountain views, sunrises and sunsets. Ample parking is on the street adjacent the entrance. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen has a full sized stove, fridge, and microwave. There’s a small bbq on the deck as well. Great for a short or long stay. More in your party? Ask me about pitching a tent. The property is a corner double lot. The main house where I live is accessed from the main street and the guest cottage is on the alley and accessed from the side street. We share the property but the cottage is a separate building separated by lawn and a tree and rather private. I can provide you as much solitude as you desire. I may or may not be at home. Go ahead and sprawl out in the back yard outside of the dog fence. You’re invited to use the fire pit, clothes line, garden hose, whatever you need. The internet is WiFi from the main house with a booster in the cottage for teleworking and streaming. The garbage bin is shared with the main house and located on the side street so it is easily accessible from the cottage. My dog is in the fenced area. If you have more people in your party ask me about pitching a tent or two in the yard. Large back yard with gardens, hopefully vegetable gardens you can utilize, clothes line and hose for tending hiking gear. The cottage is on the corner of the alley and the side street so there’s plenty of parking area if you’re pulling a boat or trailer. The property is a double corner lot with a regular house on one street and a guest house in the back off the other street. I live in the front house and we share a yard. Text me or knock on the door if you need anything. I keep extra toiletry items and if I’m out on the deck, feel free to hang out and share a beverage. I have a fire pit we can share and if there’s greens and veggies growing in the garden you’re welcome to help yourself to them. There’s a beautiful park just two blocks away that follows Pine Creek. Local fine and casual dining is a short scenic walk through the park as well. Parking on the street directly in front of the walkway leading to the place.
