Our guesthouse offers a large king-bed master bedroom with en-suite vanity and beach views. The guest room offers two queen-size beds. Pack n play crib. Kitchenette with sink, refrigerator , microwave, crock pot and Kuerig coffee maker. Access to outdoor grill. Internet TV and internet access included. Covered, on-property parking for one vehicle. Guests are welcome to use the main house pool (weather dependent). Pool may be heated for an additional charge. Beach chairs located underneath the cottage along with a BOB running stroller to haul everything to the beach. Pets (dogs only and certain breeds) are allowed with approval - an additional $100 non refundable pet fee is required. Posted rates are for four guests - additional guests at $25 per guest per night. All guests must be registered and included in the approved reservation. The cottage was built for friends and family and is best suited for families or adults with small children. Please note there is no oven/range and no washer/dryer. Laundromat services available within 1 mile of cottage. There is one closet in the guest cottage with ability to hang clothing. Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age. We provide a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper to guests. Additional paper products are the responsibility of guest to purchase if needed.
