Lake rights to sandy beach on Lake Champlain outstanding views of the Mountains. Open main level floor plan, one bunk room, two fireplaces, wood floors, French doors, screened porch, furnished kitchen, full bath, garage, open rear deck, propane BBQ grill. Three bedrooms, full bath on second level, dressers, all bedding and towels provided Enjoy coffee and breakfast on screened porch or in open living room/kitchen area for conversation and games. WiFi provided, USB ports in all rooms, smart TV, hamock , shallow waters on a sandy beach for play and relaxation. Information and assistance available during regular business hours via email or phone. Quiet & relaxing Getting around is pretty easy! Air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs has been added to the home. Water is not drinkable, it has a lot of iron. You can bathe with it but we have about 10 gallons or so of water at the camp for you to start out with. You should bring water with you or plan on a getting water when you get your groceries.
