The Loft Located in Historic Downtown Negaunee, MI

The Loft is a cozy upper walk up unit located right in the heart of downtown Negaunee. It features almost floor to ceiling windows in the open kitchen/dining/living space. You can spend the day out on the Iron Ore Heritage Walking/Biking trail that is steps away, come back and warm up in your very own sauna and then walk across the street for dinner and drinks. Enjoy the beautiful U.P. Outdoors in all 4 seasons and the great history Neguanee and the surrounding areas provide. You get full use of a large two car garage that can fit snowmobiles and other outdoor toys as well as private use of the sauna located in the unit. There is plenty of room inside to spread out or relax by the fire after a long day on the trails. The garage and sauna are for your personal use as well as all of upstairs! Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have a primary host for the duration of your stay. This will be your contact for any needs. I will be available by phone call, text or email during your stay. Downtown Negaunee has a small town feel while having every comfort you need. Three restaurants are steps away, the Iron Ore Heritage trail comes right through town, miles of snowmobile trails are readily available and there are several antique shops. Onsite garage parking for up to 2 vehicles There is a pack and play available for babies/toddlers to use. We also have a child safety gate available in the closet to block off the stairs for safety and a highchair.
