A soft sand bottom and clean water, make it perfect for swimming, fishing (Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike), floating, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Empty lot on one side and quiet neighbors on the other allow you to have a private, relaxing stay. Fire pit, chairs, two kayaks and a paddle board available for use. This is a non-rec lake. NEW king bed in one room, 3 single beds in the second bedroom. Pack and play available for little ones as well as a pull out twin bed in the living room if another bed is needed. Ceiling fans, 2 tower fans and a wall air conditioning unit in the living room will keep you cool and comfortable. On super hot days you may need to run fans to help move air to the bedrooms. Seat 6-7 people around the dining table for a meal or game night. After a long day in the sun, lounge in the living room for a movie. Stream your favorites from the Roku stick. Strong, fast WiFi is available for your devices reaching all the way out to the lake. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, toaster, basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, cookie sheet, strainer, can opener, salt, pepper, oil, hot pads, dishes, and cups. Toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are also supplied. Access to the entire home including front yard, backyard, lake, and dock.
