Feel free to enjoy the lovely deck and patio. I live here and am available to answer questions anytime. Occasionally some of the housemates grill together on the weekend. Otherwise, everyone stays in their respective rooms busy with their remote work & studies. Upscale neighborhood with lots of trees and walking/jogging trails. Easy to get around. Metro Bus and UMD Shuttle are a half block away. Metro Subway is a short 15 minute walk away.
