We are retired and use the income from this property to travel. We occupy a small living space above the garage to stay in when we are home. it is a secured area separated from the main property by locked doors and a privacy fence. Guests will have complete privacy and use of the entire property and amenities. Most likely we will be on a beach somewhere! Both Uber and Lyft service our area.
