It has a 2 car driveway garage and (1) extra parking at the side of the road. We're few minutes away from Fort Lee, Southpark Commercial Center, Publix, Foodlion and some local tourist destinations. Extra vehicle parking is also available along the curb limited to 1car only and an extra space at the backyard. Publix and Foodlion is just minutes away. Strictly no smoking of any kind, no vaping , no to marijuana and no to illegal substances in the property. Alcohol consumption prohibited but can allow limited, light social drinking only.
