Enjoy this bright room overlooking acres of land where deer are often seen grazing. There is a brand new, queen size mattress, an ample size closet, and dressers for clothes storage. There will never be more than 3 other guests in the home and sometimes less, depending on bookings. This is a quiet room overlooking a large back yard where deer are often seen grazing. The room has a brand new queen size mattress, dresser and sizeable closet. Large, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, sunny dining room, covered side porch and laundry area in basement. We live right next door and are never more than a phone call or text away. This is a quiet neighborhood in a somewhat "sleepy" community. However, stores and restaurants are all within a mile or two. Located just a mile or so from Route 309. The turnpike is just 10 minutes away. There a also three train stations just minutes away that will take you into the city of Philadelphia. This is a shared home. Therefore, in fairness to the other guests, visitors are never allowed inside the home. (unless special permission is given from the host)
