Parks, churches, museums, , planetarium, performing arts theatre and gallery. Downtown restaurants, bars, and cafe's as well. There are places in Flint that I would not recommend visiting but this location is nice and safe. Bus & train station less than a mile from house. Several bus pick up and drop off sites within walking distance. There is a space heater, portable A/C unit and a fan stored in the closet if needed. ♦️Please keep front door locked if you are gone for an extended period of time and during the night hours ♦️Laundry room is a common area that is shared by other guests and my family. Duke is our family pet but protective by nature. He doesn't have access to any of the guest areas. He usually barks when people come to the door (Amazon delivery & mailman) He also barks when he sees other dogs walking down our sidewalks. The backyard is his playground. Please do not open the gate. ♦️NO Smoking & NO pets allowed.
